She is an experienced accounting professional who excels at establishing and maintaining accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure conformance with US GAAP and other laws/regulations. Before consulting, she was the Controller of a multi-faceted lifestyle brand where she was an integral part of the leadership team that saw an increase in revenue from 25M to 100M in less than 4 years. She has directed thriving accounting teams and has experience in successful external tax and accounting audits. Nicole has implemented NetSuite for an organization with $100M+ in revenue and has provided accounting assistance to multiple companies through mergers and acquisitions, including the acquisition of IntegraCore by Visible Supply Chain Management (which was then acquired by A.P. Moller – Maersk).
